Low-alloy high-strength structural steel is for the backward status quo of the widespread use of carbon steel pipes in China. The performance can completely overcome the weaknesses of carbon steel pipe, and replace the low-alloy steel pipe in Japan and USA. Necessity of the Project
Clean Coal is the main raw material for production of coke. There are more than 1,200 million tons’s capacity of coking existing in Tangshan and Qin Huangdao areas, together with other industrial production of coal, the total demand for coal is above than 4,000 million metric tons. The project starts from Qian’an North Station near to Qi Likan in Shangzhuang country. Along the south-west direction, it crosses Ping Qingle Road, Qian Lei Highway, Luan River to the Xin Zhuang Station then to Beishui Railway. Route length is of approximately 25 kilometers. The railway adopts national standards for railroad grade, designs in single line, and the annual transportation capacity is of 100 million tons.

項(xiàng)目占地15平方公里。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，人民生活水平的不斷提高，人們?cè)诰o張工作、生活之余，渴望有一個(gè)放松、休閑、娛樂(lè)的去處。因此，在城區(qū)建設(shè)一個(gè)山水交融的風(fēng)景區(qū)非常必要。

Necessity of the Project
The project covers an area of 15 square meters. with the rapid economic and social development, urban-scale is gradually expanding, people’s living standards is continuously improving, people are eager to have a relaxing, leisure and entertainment destination during their busy working and living days. Thus, it is very necessary to build a blend of scenic landscapes in urban areas.
Item Scale and Content
The scope of the project area is 20 square kilometers, of which reservoir of Huangtai Lake covers 8 square kilometers, to construct six artificial islands and one natural bathing, then Huangtai Lake Park, Yongsan Park and Shipo Temple scenic area. There are domains of Golf Hall, rotating water world entertainment district, urban farms, recreational areas, cross-country car racing circuit, as well as functional areas such as self-driving camps within the Planning and construction of scenic areas.

THE GREAT WALL SCENIC SPOT TOURISM PROJECT
項(xiàng)目主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容
景區(qū)總占地面積60平方公里，主要建設(shè)城堡娛樂(lè)城、長(zhǎng)城文化觀光設(shè)施、白羊河風(fēng)景畫(huà)廊等，兩萬(wàn)多平方米的黃金溶洞已對(duì)外開(kāi)放，水、電、路、通訊等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備；將新建及修復(fù)各類景點(diǎn)37處，其中景區(qū)主要建筑面積3.5萬(wàn)平方米，開(kāi)發(fā)溶洞面積2萬(wàn)平方米，修建索道5000延米，另有野生動(dòng)物園、影視中心、滑雪場(chǎng)、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園等建筑及其它配套設(shè)施。
